Creative Spark Summer Camp Registration

To register in person come by Creative Spark at 757 Long Point Rd. from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM Mondays through Thursdays or 9:30 to 3 Fridays.
To register by mail send in the form below with payment. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your space in summer camps.
