  • Two women smiling and working on a craft project at a table, wearing blue gloves. Another person is in the background focusing on their work. The setting appears to be a workshop or classroom.

"Creative Spark is CPR for the soul. You feed us so we can feed the residents. You've inspired me to bring residents together across levels of care in creative ways."

  • People painting with watercolors on a wooden table, surrounded by art supplies like brushes, colored pencils, water bottles, and napkins.

“Creative Spark inspired me to work more with my team; to continue to shift my thinking and belief systems about what it means to grow older; to discover what lights me up so I can use it to help others find what lights them up.”

FAQs

  •  Creating Joy at Work blends research-based practices with hands-on creative activities designed to shift perspective, spark energy, and reconnect teams. Instead of passive learning, participants actively explore new ways of working and relating—making the experience memorable, meaningful, and immediately useful.

  •  Not at all. All activities are designed for everybody, regardless of creative background. The focus is on expression, connection, and fresh thinking—not artistic skill. Most participants say the creative elements are the most energizing part of the session.

  •  It depends on your goals and the level of engagement you’re looking for.

    • In-person is best for highly interactive team experiences or retreat-style events.

    • Virtual is ideal for distributed teams wanting a focused, energizing session.

    • Self-paced (coming soon!) works well for organizations needing flexible, ongoing access to tools and learning content.

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you decide.
